Supreme Court with a constitutional challenge aimed at allowing for-profit, U.S.-style delivery of medically necessary services. Dr. Day, better known as “Dr. Profit,” will be making his case starting Tuesday, September 6.

LL764 Bylaws Updated

The Master Copy of the LL764 Bylaws was received from GL yesterday, May 25. A hard copy of the Bylaws, if required, can be picked up at the Lodge Office during regular office hours. Also note that an amendment, to include the election of ILIP Trustees (MTU) in 2017 is to receive First Reading at the Regular Meeting in June, and Second Reading in September. There will also be an ILIP Trustee Policy document tabled for the June 07 Ex. Board Meeting. Read PDF Bylaws here…
