Your Bargaining Committee met internally on June 5 & 6, 2024 to continue our preparations for the upcoming round of collective bargaining.
We will be meeting in direct bargaining with the Company commencing on June 19 – 21, 2024.
In the bargaining survey, you indicated that your preferred method of communication from the Bargaining Committee is by email. The Committee has been in the workplace collecting your personal (non-work related) emails in order to ensure we are communicating with you in a timely manner throughout the bargaining process. This information will also be utilized for the ratification process. Local Lodge 764 is inviting all of our members to participate in a quick five (5) question online survey that will help to provide guidance to your Local Lodge. The newly formed LL764 Membership Engagement Committee (MEC) is conducting the survey. It is designed to give the committee a very basic understanding of the issues that are important to our members. Your Bargaining Committee met internally the week of April 15 – 19, 2024 to continue our preparations for the upcoming round of Collective Bargaining.
Notice to Bargain has been served to the Company, along with an Information Request. The Company provided the Committee with the information necessary to bargain intelligently around your priorities.
