Members of Local Lodge 764 will be aware that British Columbia is currently experiencing an escalating
recurrence of COVID-19 cases across the Lower Mainland. In response to this increase in the community
transmission of COVID-19, the British Columbia provincial government, under direction from the Provincial Health Authority, has implemented a new restriction on all social gatherings of any size. Read Bulletin here…

MTU MAINTENANCE CANADA LTD. LOCAL LODGE 764 SECTION 54 ADJUSTMENT PLAN
2020, the parties met on September 15, 2020 to resume discussions pertaining to VSIP’s, Work
Share and Layoffs.
We are pleased to advise that the Company confirmed that there is no requirement for an adjustment
of capacity or personnel between now and December 31, 2020, and that the Section 54 Notice issued

LL764 GENERAL MEETING COVID-19 HEALTH PROTOCOLS – SEPTEMBER 09, 2020
Local Lodge 764 will be holding our regular Wednesday, September 9, 2020 monthly General Membership
meeting in accordance with our Bylaws. However, the meeting will be held under strict adherence to all British Columbia government regulations and recommendations relating to large social gatherings to protect the health and safety of our members to the greatest extent possible.
Therefore, the following procedures will be in effect for the September 9, 2020 and all subsequent monthly General meetings until the current COVID-19 restrictions are revised by the provincial government: Read Bulletin here…
Unemployment Dues
Members who are laid off, or who will be on a long term illness leave, and do not qualify
for automatic dues payment under Grand Lodge Policy 826, and who wish to maintain their
membership in good standing with Local Lodge 764, must remit Unemployment Dues directly to
Local Lodge 764 beginning October 1, 2020. The International President of the IAM&AW Robert
Martinez has given special COVID 19 dispensation so that no member would have to pay
Unemployment Dues for a set period between April and September 2020. All members who
wish to pay their Unemployment Dues will have 60 days until December 1, 2020 to remit
payment to Local Lodge 764. Unemployment Dues are two dollars ($2.00) per month Read Bulletin here…

MTU MAINTENANCE CANADA LTD. LOCAL LODGE 764 SECTION 54 ADJUSTMENT PLAN TENTATIVE AGREEMENT & RATIFICATION VOTE
We are pleased to advise that the parties have reached a tentative agreement on the terms of a
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with respect to a Section 54 Adjustment Plan, in accordance with
the provisions of the British Columbia Labour Relations Code. < /br>
A ratification vote pursuant to this MOA is scheduled for Friday, June 12, 2020, between the hours of
09:00 – 17:00. Polling stations will be established in the workplace at both Riverside and Boundary
