District Bulletin 14 – AIR CANADA TMOS PENSION CAP RETROACTIVITY UPDATE
The outstanding issue regarding eligibility of the pension cap increase retroactivity for those IAMAW Members who retired under the provisions of the ERIP has been resolved favorably.
At the beginning of April, the Pension Department will send a letter containing details and instruction to the home addresses of affected Members. Your Union has been advised Members will have four (4) weeks from receipt of notification to respond via email and indicate selection. Read Bulletin here…

MTU MAINTENANCE CANADA LTD. COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UPDATE – FEBRUARY 17, 2022
The parties met in mediation on February 16, 2022, in our continued effort to finalize a Collective Agreement that meets your needs and expectations. We are pleased to advise the membership that we have reached a tentative agreement.
The parties are finalizing the ratification package, which will be circulated to the membership on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
