District Bulletin 37 – AIR CANADA – TMOS NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

Your Negotiations Committee convened for a scheduled two weeks of bargaining with the company from September 12 – 23, 2022 in Toronto. It was a disappointing, though not surprising, exercise in futility. The company continued to display no real interest in meaningful bargaining. For this reason, our counselling reimbursement plan ($750 single/$1500 family) will
terminate. To ensure that all claims are paid before termination, members with outstanding
claims must submit their claim through Claims Secure before November 15, 2022. Any claims
