Further to our communication of January 14, 2025, the parties met on Saturday, January 18, 2025, with the Mediator. The day was spent reviewing non-monetary language proposals, resulting in four (4) Articles and several Letters being finalized for sign-off between the parties. The Union’s outstanding non-monetary proposals have been deferred to the parties’ monetary discussions.
We are scheduled to resume direct bargaining with the assistance of the Mediator on Saturday, January 25, 2025, when we expect to exchange monetary agendas.
