It is with profound regret and the greatest sadness that I must inform all of you of the sudden and tragic passing this morning of Brother Joe Toth. This is an unspeakable loss for his wife, Linda and his family.
Joe was an absolute diehard Unionist and ardent activist within LL764 for his entire career. He has contributed more than three decades of service representing our membership in multiple roles within the Executive Board and the TOSC. Brother Toth was currently serving as a member of the Technical Operations H&S Committee and one of the LL764 Auditors.
As a sign of respect for Brother Toth and because of the devastating grief that his sudden passing has brought upon a significant portion of our membership, Local Lodge 764 has sought, and received approval, from the Canadian Grand Lodge office to postpone tonight’s scheduled General Membership meeting.
Therefore, this bulletin is being issued to advise all LL764 members of the following change of date for the June Local Lodge 764 General Membership meeting:
Tonight’s General Membership Meeting has been cancelled
And has been rescheduled by one (1) week it will now be held on: Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 17:00
