Pursuant to the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement ratified by the Membership on June 12,
2020, the parties met on September 15, 2020 to resume discussions pertaining to VSIP’s, Work
Share and Layoffs.
We are pleased to advise that the Company confirmed that there is no requirement for an adjustment
of capacity or personnel between now and December 31, 2020, and that the Section 54 Notice issued
